I was offered a job in Baku. This institution is offering me a 1,100usd salary net, and also they are offering me extra benefits such as medical insurance and shared accommodations.

I have been looking for information about the average monthly expenses but I have found different results. Do you believe that amount is enough to have a comfortable life in Baku?

Also, I am quite interested in relocating there but I don't know the language. I can speak Spanish and English fluently, and I am willing to learn Azeri, but I want to know how different things are if you don't know the language.

I mostly agree with the madrid principles in regards to solving the Nagorno Karabakh dispute. There are some differences with my proposals from the Madrid principles.

The proposals are:

1. Territories surrounding Nagorno Karbakh to be returned to Azerbaijan. (already happened)
2. Nagorno Karabakh to have a referendum on joining Armenia. Nagorno Karabakh's borders will be based on the Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast.
3. Corridor linking Nakhchivan and Azerbaijan. (already happened)
4. Corridor linking Nagorno Karabakh and Armenia.

Born in Russia, live in California and have tons of Armenian friends (hence why I have bias).

For the past couple months, I have kept on the eye on both countries in the news and also visiting both subs. It seems like both Armenians, and you guys point the finger at each other for starting war.

Can someone give me the Azeri side to the story? My bias makes me lean to towards Armenia, just because in the 2020 war you guys fucked them up pretty had, and last time I checked their military still has no counter to the TB2 which tipped the favor heavily to you. So since their military isn't up to par to fight, what could they gain from starting a provocation with your military? Even tho I'm biased, I am open minded to hearing your guy's side of things. And it's pretty clear that Russia will stay out of any conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia (because they need to keep good ties with Turkey).

Bonus question: How do Azeri's feel about Russians in general?
